San Josef Bay
The San Josef Bay Trail is an easy walk that leads from the trailhead to a beautiful white sand beach. Here you will find campsites and basic facilities including outhouses and food caches. While it is not physically challenging, this day-hike offers rewards of another kind: breathtaking vistas, fascinating sea stack formations, remnants of historical settlements and one of the most beautiful beaches in the province.

This is a remote, backcountry trail. Always make sure you are well prepared for your trip. Visitors to the park should bring their own supplies, be self-sufficient and pack out what you pack in. Follow the three Ts—trip planning, training, and taking the essentials. bcparks.ca/visiting/responsible-recreation
